Tani (rhymes with Connie) has been a fitness leader and health coach for more than 2 decades. She's helped hundreds of women take charge of their health and future through her exercise and nutrition programming.

As a busy mom of 4, she understands the pull on your time and attention, so keeping things simple is always at the core of what she creates.

Tani is passionate about making true behavior change shifts possible so you can live a life that you love.

Melissa Brown

Nutrition Counselor

Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer

Melissa has been a nurse 20 years. She is an avid life-long learner and realized that our current "health care" system is actually "disease management". She is NOT a fan of this model and decided to shift her career focus to wellness and true health care.

Now, she is passionate about creating programs to help women take control of their health and create true behavior change with a focus on self love and self discovery.

Melissa believes that true Health Care starts from the inside-out.
